  If I could rate a zero I would. Delivery one , on behalf of JOYBUY, an American fridge freezer to replace an exact same size model that had failed after five years. Jobsworth delivery driver says the new one won't fit through the doorway, so can you tell me how the same model went into the house? By magic? Teleported? Delivery two. jobsworth driver takes a picture of the Driveway gate and says no one in, do I need to wait in my driveway during the three hour slot? . Delivery three, cancelled with no explanation. Good luck if you have an AIT delivery, possibly the worst customer service I have had , also when I called the office I was met with sarcastic replies to the failed deliveries, no common sense attitude, unfriendly and unhelpful, computer says no attitude.

  Good company. Plenty of notice and called nearer the time. Got it in and unpacked quick with no messing about and cleared up after. Very friendly and helpful pair. Zero complaints would definitely use again Didn't get the names but it was young man and woman pair

  Despite taking all of the details for the delivery, they were unable to deliver a fridge freezer because it required a 3 man delivery. The Samsung service was that they were to collect our old one which we took time to defrost and clean for them to pick it up. This has left us without a fridge for an extra day.
