My item was next day delivered to the post office at around 1.30pm but I wasn't notified it was ready to collect until 5.50pm and the post office closes at 5.30pm. It makes buying something for delivery and collection next day pointless. This is the second time it has happened to me. The staff really need to get their act together.

Weather it's a stamp you need, to post a large parcel or 5 pound coins changed into 5ps the Wells-next-the-Sea post office will do it all. Erica the worker behind the counter always is so happy to help with your postage challenges. The way she always so happily says 'pop it on the scales' makes posting a pleasure. Never gets angry when Im dithering around trying to choose if uncle Bernard's card should go1st or 2nd class From stationary to cards and handbags. Wells post office has it all.
