He had headphones in his ear while serving people, and by the movements of his head it was clear that he was focused more on the music that he was listening to than the customers. He barely gave anyone an eye contact or said anything. I said hello, thank you and good bye and he completely ignored me and did not respond. Very unprofessional. The opening hours when you can be served do not match with what is on the website. The post office closes during the day for half an hour.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
