- SYSally YaxleyJul 12, 20241.0Can be quite rude resulting in not getting refund after asking for a parcel to be returned via Royal Mail. Was told the return label issued to me by email from supplier was not adequate as it wasn't classed as a small parcel. As if this was my fault!. I wasn't offered any other return option so the parcel was snatched from me and begrudgingly tossed into the parcel post section. I don't like being spoken to like a naughty child at the age of 55. Try not to use this post office now 😡

The staff member behind the counter tried to help but the another older lady was very dismissive telling me ‘it’s not here’, shrugged her shoulders and carried on talking to her colleagues - very rude.
