Friendly, informative & I had a few packages to send of various types, one for out of the UK & the lady that served me was brilliant & patient. I saw some negatives reviews based on opening hours but this is only a small store & I think bearing that in mind, I don't see the store hours being that much of an issue.

Tried phoning this post office to get an answer on its whereabouts, NO ANSWER!! Had another parcel supposedly delivered last week, rang royal mail and they said on their system, its been delivered. A week later we find Horsford post office had been holding onto it instead of attempting to redeliver. This place has far more excuses than answers. It's been mentioned on here regarding opening hours as well, these need extending ASAP, they're like school hours, ridiculous in todays society. Get a grip, you're letting Horsford down!!!

- BWBrian WattsOct 23, 20201.0Hours of opening are a disgrace to support a village the size of Horsford , you turn up at 12:20 when the dinner break is 12:30 to 1:30 and they tell you it's closed because there is 2 people in the queue , you turn up at 1:30 for opening and they tell you its not opening until 1:45 because the they didn't shut on time , surely the answer is simple and they need another member of staff . Tuesday Wednesday Thursday they only open for half days , smaller neighbouring village post offices open longer , why has this post office implemented such poor opening times ???? Very poor service that's badly letting the village down .
