The store is always well organized, and you can tell the staff works really well together. Tiff is especially amazing — she’s so friendly, smiley, and truly professional. She makes every visit a great experience and goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service and fantastic gift ideas!

As has been mentioned by others, there's a moody member of staff who greets those she likes with exuberance and those she dislikes with grumpiness. It's says it all that this person has left herself a positive review on here. The queue is always long and slow moving. I've dropped off an Evri parcel which I think got put into the Royal Mail bag as the tracking hasn't updated since I dropped it off and the recipient has been offered a £7.80 fine by their postman. Seeing as it's their job to process parcels, I don't trust them with mine if they can't put them into the right bags. I've heard moaning more than once when people drop off a lot of parcels as they take up too much room. Again, it's their job to process parcels. Other places are open later and have a later collection. They offer a printing service but it's temperamental and you could leave empty handed. In summary, I really can't see the point going there if you can't trust them with your parcels, you get moaned about, you can't guarantee the printer is going to work, and you receive sulky customer service after a long wait looking at grime.
