- CCCal ClarkeMay 10, 20241.0In the 40+ years I have lived in Winterton, I have known the Post Office pass through four different owners. All have been genuinely lovely, in their own way - until now. Never before have I been treated so offhandedly and with such disdain as the current proprietors. They are rude and abrupt; why take on a customer-facing business when you so clearly DON'T LIKE PEOPLE? Especially so wheelchair users, the neurodivergent, any young people...or seemingly, anybody a little bit different. Both myself and my daughter have been on the receiving end of this; it is so unprofessional. I'd rather inconvenience myself by getting on a bus to Hemsby Post Office than use this place. It doesn't matter how well stocked your shop or how good your services are, when you treat people this way you drive away your customers!
