I collected my Amazon order last month only to be greeted by a male member of staff equipped with seemingly zero customer service skills or interest. I collected my parcel and told myself it would be the last time I'd collect from this place. Fast forward to this week when I [stupidly] used them again for another Amazon delivery. Collection from 7am...happy days! So, I strolled along for just after half 7. Can't collect! The very nice lady working in the shop had not been given access to the Post Office where the packages go, so I was out of luck. Seems this isn't uncommon. The very nice lady had, however, spotted some parcels outside of the secure Post Office area. It turns out my £100+ parcel in its obvious packaging was amongst them. So, I got my order (thanks to the very nice lady) and was thankful that someone hadn't decided to wander out of the shop with my unsecured item. Lesson learned - I should have stuck to my guns and not used this place for another collection. I'll travel further in future and, hopefully, deal with a more professional outfit. It's a shame as visiting Offords as a kid could be such a joyous experience.

No one on till in evening, forever waiting for service.
Owner seems to store his personal (cooked and un cooked) food behind drinks in refrigerator. Out of date food and dirty shop. Expensive prices and rude service, avoid!
