  Having had delived 49 tins of dog food only to find 15 tins damaged and 8 tins bent and crushed at the top. Complained and today I was told cosmetic! Very hard to open and 3 unopened tins in the rubbish. But it's all cosmetic, apparently! I buy a lot from this company, but will be looking elsewhere now.

  DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Cut very long boring jobsworth story short ordered Advocate for our dog Animed never sent the order out....because we ordered 9 pipettes and paid for 9 and our vet prescription was for 9 but I had clicked online one box of 6 and one box of 3 which apparently (been a while since I've done maths) !!! In Animed's world doesn't equal 9 three boxes of 3 equals 9 but not 6.and 3 😳👀 so prescription was declined and we have been mucking around for days trying to sort out while the dogs treatments still haven't arrived bunch of jobsworth time wasters 🚫

  I absolutely love Animed. The price of the prescription only medication that my dog is on is a fraction of the price that my vets sells it for. Ordering is really easy, communication regarding the order from start to finish is second to none and despatch times are brilliant too. Can't rate them highly enough. They have a vast range of pet products in stock too so I'll be looking to purchase from them for a range of things from now on.

  Have been purchasing my Dogs specialist food, from Animed for years and a year or so ago I started subscribing and it's brilliant, I can cancel if I don't need any or 'buy now' if I'm short on food. Delivery always within a few days. I buy all my Dogs meds here too and it's so easy to upload my Vets prescription and, again, the delivery is within a few days after Animed Vets have checked it. Highly recommend Animed and will always purchase from here.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed – over £100 paid for goods I never received I ordered dog wormers and probiotics from Animed, with the order being worth over £100. The parcel was sent with Royal Mail, who subsequently claimed they could not find my address and marked the parcel for return to sender. I checked my Animed order carefully and my full postal address was clearly provided, including my name, flat number, house number, street, town and postcode. There was an accidental Facebook URL included underneath my name in the address field. I accept that this should not have been there. However, the actual postal address was clearly displayed in full underneath it. I contacted Animed and explained the situation. I have made it very clear that I have paid over £100 and have received absolutely nothing. What has particularly frustrated me is Animed's response. Rather than simply resolving the situation, I was told that it was the customer's responsibility to ensure the address was correct. I completely understand that the Royal Mail delivery problem may not have been caused by Animed. However, I am the customer who has paid for the goods, and I am now left with no goods and no refund. I have received mail and deliveries at my address for years, and the actual postal address on the order is correct. I have now formally requested that this matter be escalated and that I receive a full refund. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. I expected better customer service when dealing with an order worth over £100, particularly when the issue could have been resolved by simply recognising that the complete postal address was present on the order. I will update this review if Animed resolves the matter and refunds me.
