Went there to get some details updated. Hidden behind some houses it's a cute little post office that allows you to file your personal documents. Did that no problem bought an ice cream and went back home.

Went in at 12:40pm on a Saturday. Waited patiently for the member of staff to very slowly serve the 7 customers in front of me. Still a lad in front of me at 1pm, she shouts out I’m not serving anyone else as it’s now 1 o’clock. There was at least another 5 people behind me, all equally as annoyed. She could clearly see people keep joining the queue so could have mentioned earlier or put a barrier up stopping people from joining. Seemed somewhat incompetent and very inefficient at her job. Repeating the same question to customers multiple times, as she clearly wasn’t listening to their answer and quizzing people about where they’d got their parcel packaging from. Had a rather rude and abrupt manor about her too, like you were inconveniencing her by even being in there. In my opinion all customers still waiting in the queue should have been served before closing. Definitely won’t be using it again.

I have to use this post office often as its the only one close by and I send a lot of parcels. There is one woman that works there that appears to lack the ability to smile.. which is strange for a customer facing role. She also comes across abrupt and rude when all I am doing is posting a parcel. The other workers are nice enough. But the store itself, i have only ever come across one smiling server and honestly it shocked me as all the other are miserable and appear like they are working off a community sentence. Once coops open they will lose a lot of service! Honestly, if you are so miserable doing the job leave. There are people out there that would appreciate a job and actually bring joy to peoples days. I dread having to ho in there sometimes.
