He mentioned that he employed a part-time shop helper to assist (now she have left the job), and he had very bad experience due to the way she treated the customer. So now the owner mentioned that he do his best to make-up to his customers best interest. I also can see that and hopefully more people will be happy customers in future.

They always do their best, yet they have to deal with some incredibly demanding customers who are constantly trying to take advantage of them or bend the rules. Recently, someone even smashed their windows and another person rode a bicycle into the shop. Who does that? No one deserves to be treated like this. I genuinely admire them for continuing to run their business on this street despite everything they've been through. They work hard and deserve much more respect and support from the local community.

I received confirmation that the parcel was in his possession and ready for collection, but when I asked for it, he said it wasn't there and that I should come back tomorrow, claiming the courier had sent the message in error. After I insisted, he took it out from inside without apology.
