Called in for the first time a few days ago and the lady behind the counter is the rudest I've ever met, really rude and makes you feel like you are wasting her time can't believe she's still here after all the terrible reviews.im getting in touch with head office to complain properly plus I've got video evidence.just been again and she was even ruder than before I left before I ripped the shop to bits I was that angry.never going there again.just to add tried to complain to the higher ups but they have done nothing so now I'm getting a solicitor involved.keep you posted.

I wish I could see the reviews before stepping in🙌🙌 as am typing here the lady asked me to weigh my parcel, put sticker I did everything. Time to pass her the parcel she said she can’t take it🙇♀️…. Am drained the fact that had to travel to this place only to meet this…. Being sent back🤦♀️
