- BSblake sutherlandAug 29, 20261.0reading these reviews, turns out everyone has problems with the same person, she needs sacking asap, some reason my parcels were shipped with my first name twice so i was having to further prove they’re my parcels, my dads outside waiting for ages at this point and i have to step away from the desk to get signal to try bring up proof of address, as i go back up to the desk she serving someone else, which i said is fine, my dad rings me and tells me to hurry up and i’m stressing saying they won’t give me my parcels even though ive shown them the tracking number just i’ve recently moved so my address on id doesn’t match etc so was just saying “we’re having a nightmare in here tryna prove they’re mine”, tryna keep it short on the phone and the woman after i end my call says “maybe you could just tell whoever’s waiting for you that the reason you’re taking so long is because YOU messed the name up on your parcels” long story short i flipped out and told her you’re at work and don’t give me attitude and give an opinion on my phone calls, you’re at work! i’ve worked hospitality and customer service before many a time and no matter the circumstances, the customers always right, you don’t don’t make an input and when the customer gets annoyed start saying stuff like “well i could just not give you your parcels i could just send them back” tryna taunt me. i had to practically snatch my own mail. id avoid getting anything sent to this post office. until she’s gone atleast, power tripper behind a plastic screen.

- JNJenna NoakeAug 13, 20261.0I Went to the post office today to collect a parcel and I was served by a rude blonde woman with a bun and also an other older woman with glasses and short hair. They were so incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend, they were extremely discriminatory and raising their voices at us making us feel humiliated. We never ended up getting our parcel as they refused and were saying we were trying to argue even though we just wanted to know how to get the parcel, I ended up in tears after I left as it really upset me and my girlfriend. By reading the other reviews I’m guessing that the blonde woman needs to be fired. Absolutely disrespectful and patronising and laughing in our faces.
