- JNJenna NoakeAug 13, 20261.0I Went to the post office today to collect a parcel and I was served by a rude blonde woman with a bun and also an other older woman with glasses and short hair. They were so incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend, they were extremely discriminatory and raising their voices at us making us feel humiliated. We never ended up getting our parcel as they refused and were saying we were trying to argue even though we just wanted to know how to get the parcel, I ended up in tears after I left as it really upset me and my girlfriend. By reading the other reviews I’m guessing that the blonde woman needs to be fired. Absolutely disrespectful and patronising and laughing in our faces.

If there are any fragile items, they would definitely get broken the way she throws them. People pay for both the items and the shipping labels, so packages should be handled with proper care.
