They refused my parcel for being les than 1 cm “oversize”, measured with a curled clothing tape which can have meassuring errors due to its curls, instead of using a proper straight ruler. As someone who purchases specifically 46x46x46 boxes, being denied for an oversize of "46x46x47" these unprofessional measuring standards are unacceptable. When I offered to show receipts for the box size and to take responsibility if it bounced back, they still refused. To top it off, the employee smirked and made a snide comment as we left. Completely unacceptable.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
