Since being taken over, this post office is unreliable and unsafe to use as they use the general store instead of post office area, with no privacy or consideration for the customer.Dosnt mater what time I go am told to come back when less busy, come back in an hour,or come back tomorrow. This is an inadequate and unprofessional way for a post office to run.

Most of the staffs are good except a young lady, she is rude and unprofessional. I need to send parcel to Hong Kong and was told must have Postal Code or ZIP code, I come from Hong Kong and I knew there are none. I have tried to explain to her and she insisted. So I have to draw it back and go to other post office. If someone doesn't know how to do their job, they need to ask supervisor or someone's help and need to have proper training.
