I need to send parcel to Hong Kong and was told must have Postal Code or ZIP code, I come from Hong Kong and I knew there are none. I have tried to explain to her and she insisted. So I have to draw it back and go to other post office. If someone doesn't know how to do their job, they need to ask supervisor or someone's help and need to have proper training.
