- IBIain Byatt-SmithMay 30, 20261.0I don’t know how it’s possible but this is genuinely the worst post office I have ever been to. They have lost my mail previously, tried to charge me £13 each for two birthday cards next day delivery. I told them to send it first class instead and it still arrived the next day. It’s never the same staff. My only positive feed back is last time there was someone there who seemed to know what was going on but was run ragged trying to look after the young staff on the post office as well as man the fruit and veg shop next door.

- MMMRSJan 6, 20242.0Staff are great, Id give staff 5* but because the place is full of tatt & now have taken over the fruit & veg shop the staff are spread between this & other shops owned by the owners I’ve given 2* No new counter has appeared as promised months ago. The waiting times are horrendous. Staff are always under such pressure, I don’t know how they put up with it . The owners need to take a good long hard look at themselves & treat staff better. Good staff are worth their weight in gold! Instead of trying to build an empire of mediocre stores concentrate on providing a decent level of service. I’ll be going elsewhere, after December as it was a nightmare.
