- VPVictoria petchAug 6, 20261.0Incredibly rude woman behind the counter told me 3 times she was ‘on her own’ (clearly not a problem she needed to share with me), then refused to take cash in as it was slightly sticky (daughter had spilled tea on it) Turned her nose up twice saying she couldn’t take it despite it being wiped twice Went to alternative post office and literally paid the cash in with zero issue I’m not bothered if you’re on your own my love, I’m a customer who’d like to be served as politely and helpfully as I was at the second post office I went to Not even worth one star but unable to leave zero! Please avoid if you are looking for a post office service or hoping to be treated with any kind of courtesy

To which the very rude sales assistant said its not a playground don't touch anything. Then I couldn't purchase an envelope for the letter I needed to send due to not having cash and a minimum £5 spend needed for card. Won't be using again always having issues with sending anything here. Rude staff and to be honest the sales assistant wasn't busy we were the only customers so my daughter was not disrupting anyone
