- CMChristopher MackenzieMay 29, 20261.0If I could give it zero stars I would, there is never anybody available to hand out the parcel that’s been delivered there by Royal Mail, the staff are generally rude (shop staff) their response is “sorry closed and don’t know when it will be back open” I mean what good is that and why isn’t there definitive opening times that are adhered to? If the service at Cambridge road isn’t readily available as they state on their website then why have parcels delivered there in the first place ? my advice would be to avoid this place at all costs (unless you don’t mind waiting days to be able to pick your parcel up) I’ll never use this shop for my parcels again from now on, that’s the 5th time I’ve had this here at Cambridge road, I’ve certainly learned my lesson now.
