What is the point of providing an option for mail to be delivered there for people at work not able to receive packages... then shutting at 2pm well before any real job finishes

After the way I was treated at cramlington post office . By the woman with no customer service skills behind the counter. I came across this one. A small post office within the Premier store where the woman who served me was polite, friendly and put my 2 large letter parcels through as exactly that. She could see by looking at the small parcels that they COULD be posted as large letter no problem. This is now going to be my local post office as the service is second to none . Ooh and to top it up have a look at some of the great offers inside the shop bargain tastic 😊
