Refused to accept a parcel which would have been collected by myself that day! Told the post lady he didn’t know me so return to sender. Looking at the reviews it seems he needs training on customer service!

It really isn’t surprising to see so many bad reviews about the owner that runs this place. What a horrible, obnoxious, little man. Passing comment’s such as “argh, are they coming in?”, just because I had a two year old child isn’t how you run a business. Only reason this is getting 1 star is because you can’t go any lower. He seemed to have a problem with everyone that came in his shop. When he was confronted about why he was passing comments like that, he blamed it on his printer not working, really bizarre answer and behaviour from this bloke. At the end of the day, if you don’t like people, you shouldn’t be serving the community and find a different job, what a misery. Certainly won’t be using this place again when next visiting the wonderful village of Alnmouth. Really feel sorry for the locals that live there, having to use that as their local “convenience”.

I actually felt like calling the police.
