This PO is the pits. Staff can be hit or miss; in the number of times i've had to use them, i've had one decent experience hence the 1 star. The English guy, not sure if he is the proprietor/postmaster, has terrible customer service skills. Overcharged me for sending a small padded envelope special delivery, or tracked, (whatever it's called) once. He used a larger parcel price. I was none the wiser at the time given the rip off what Royal Mail has become, however on checking when i got home, i had indeed been overcharged. I assume, rightly or wrongly, that he makes money or commission for upselling RM services, so by overcharging, that puts more money in his pocket? Just a hunch. Anyway, the same thing happened again with my wife today, that is, he tried to upsell a special delivery when all that was asked was for recorded. When my wife declined it, he took the hump with her, his attitude and demeanour changed towards her and then he felt obligated to unnecessarily and very childlishly write 'declined cover' on her receipt, probably his pathetic way of trying to make her worried. So let's see if the letter reaches its destination, which this post will serve as a timestamp (5 Oct 2026).

Good wee place but you told me you can’t pay into your Monzo account today and were insistent when I said I had multiple times. No time to argue but you can, just fyi

Mel is great! She went above and beyond when I was dealing with a difficult return. I could only get a Print at home label from this company and she offered to print it for me at her place.
