- MGMrsK GourlayAug 31, 20261.0I'm really upset by the lack of competence at this Post Office. I handed my passport in 2 weeks ago, and used the signed for service. I received reminders from the Passport office to send my current documents but thought nothing of it, assuming there would be a backlog. Today I finally track my item and it looks like it was never even sent!!! I'm so frustrated, people post these items that of extreme importance and for it not even to be sent out is blatant incompetence. Why are you not posting passports???? I would have liked to have retained this document and the memories it held. Please take our Royal Mail service more seriously.
