- CMCarys MccarthyMay 12, 20265.0Gemma in the Merthyr branch is an absolute STAR and a credit to the company. I have just recently bought us a new car and the sneaky man whom I bought it off, took my money to tax it but failed, miserably and kept my cash. Anyhow, Gemma, knowing her stuff, explained that if I had the previous owners address and full name, we could overwrite it. I steamed back home as the shop was closing soon, made it back in one piece. A few minutes later, one payment taken and my car is now legal again. Hats off you Gemma and thumbs down the garage that I dealt with. Morel of the story always tax your vehicle yourself! Please take note, lol. Thanks Gemma x
