Gemma in the Merthyr branch is an absolute STAR and a credit to the company. I have just recently bought us a new car and the sneaky man whom I bought it off, took my money to tax it but failed, miserably and kept my cash. Anyhow, Gemma, knowing her stuff, explained that if I had the previous owners address and full name, we could overwrite it. I steamed back home as the shop was closing soon, made it back in one piece. A few minutes later, one payment taken and my car is now legal again. Hats off you Gemma and thumbs down the garage that I dealt with. Morel of the story always tax your vehicle yourself! Please take note, lol.
Thanks Gemma x

I was tongue-tied with what do to with returning an asos parcel, which I needed to return in a safe and proper Manor. I had no idea what to do, and a lady named Gemma, talked me through it all and even wrapped my parcel up for me. The girls either side of me where helpful too and they even supplied me with a pen to post some other letters I had. I was lost, but with those girls help it was a walk in the park. Thank you

Always top notch people here. I often bring pretty awkward parcels to ship and have queries often but the staff are incredibly friendly and acommodating. Drive further than my local post office just to come here to save the stress of my local post office.
