Terrible service. I was having trouble getting a QR code to return my parcel as the one I had shown the blonde lady was apparently incorrect. She acted like I was a complete inconvenience to her and was quite frankly just rude! I left without posting my parcel and will not be going back. I have had great service here in the past so it is a shame that she is ruining the reputation of the business

Couldn't ask for better staff, they are very efficient and, above all, friendly.
