Staff refused to release my parcel due to a difference in my surname, even though I collected another parcel with the same name from this branch at same time.No consistency, no willingness to help, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. A simple issue was made unnecessarily stressful.
- HHHemsworthJan 19, 20264.0Post office situated in a newsagent. In general it's fine, strange set up, a little quirky. Staff are effective and efficient. They sell sweets and chocolates at amazingly low prices. I used it to post via Evri using a digital packing label. Local business so hopefully it is supported accordingly.
