Very poor customer service. Staff refused to release my parcel due to a difference in my surname, even though I collected another parcel with the same name from this branch at same time.No consistency, no willingness to help, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. A simple issue was made unnecessarily stressful.

Post office situated in a newsagent. In general it's fine, strange set up, a little quirky. Staff are effective and efficient.
They sell sweets and chocolates at amazingly low prices.
I used it to post via Evri using a digital packing label.
Local business so hopefully it is supported accordingly.

Life saver! Always polite and helpful. I really didn't like that their staff was being abused by customers! Think that's absolutely disgusting. They're a life line for a lot of us. Plus with all the banks closing we will need them even more.
