- HVHel VincentDec 29, 20255.0I went to this Post Office, after going to the one in Chepstow Town the very unpolite lady said I could not send a return parcel through her and I had to go to the sorting Office the next day as it was Royal Mail. I thought I would try Bulwark who said I could send it through them. I was dealt with very efficiently and I had an email from the company I was returning it to within 2 hours to say my account would be credited. Great Service very polite staff. I will definitely go straight there in the future.
