More of a hobby than a business.
I've visited twice, and both experiences were equally baffling.
On my first visit, I tried to post a parcel. Communication consisted mainly of cryptic hand signals, as though I was expected to instinctively understand the secret language of the Post Office. When I didn't immediately decipher them, he explained with the sort of expression that suggested I was the unreasonable one.
My second visit somehow topped the first. I went in to post another parcel and was told, "The Post Office is shut on Sundays"... while I was literally standing inside the Post Office. The lights were on, he was behind the counter, and he was very much conducting business (or perhaps just enjoying his hobby). Judging by his expression, having to acknowledge my existence was the most inconvenient part of his day.
Reading through the other reviews afterwards, it seems I'm far from alone. The consistency, at least, is impressive.

Refuses items from the courier. I now have to travel 45 minutes to the sorting depot because they couldn’t be bothered handling my package. Sometimes you will get the message to come pick it up but then when you get there will tell you to come back later as he hasn’t scanned the item in. Really does not respect your time.

Disgusting behaviour from staff in here, my teenage niece and nephew no longer use this Post Office because of how uncomfortable they’ve been made to feel. On more than one occasion, they’ve been questioned when paying cash into their own bank accounts, including being asked how old they are and whether the cash was “their notes from the bank” because they’re “always putting money in.”
I understand there are procedures staff may need to follow, but the way these conversations were handled left them feeling embarrassed and under suspicion. And we don’t have this at any other post office. They now choose to walk much further to a different Post Office just to avoid going into this one.
I hope the staff take a more respectful and considerate approach in future, especially when dealing with young people. Especially the rude lady who works here! I should take a visit there myself one day!

Simply the worst customer service and makes you feel horrible every time you visit. I don’t understand why they insist on being so rude to customers. It’s come to the point that despite living across from it, we now will go all the way to the Shore to go to the post office there as they’re a lot nicer.
Please consider being nicer to people.
