Simply the worst customer service and makes you feel horrible every time you visit. I don’t understand why they insist on being so rude to customers. It’s come to the point that despite living across from it, we now will go all the way to the Shore to go to the post office there as they’re a lot nicer.
Please consider being nicer to people.

I won’t come in here again as the gentleman is always so stand offish (bordering rude) for simple requests relating to postal matters! Even getting stamps was a tiresome experience! I won’t ever come here again and make the far longer walk to Boswell’s instead!

After many terrible visits, today is the last time I’ll be using this post office. If the staff have no interest in dealing with customers sending or collecting mail, they should not offer it as a service in their shop.
The man and woman who work there are consistently rude and dismissive, regardless of how polite or clear you try to be. Today was the final straw — the woman sat behind the counter on her loudspeaker phone while the man served customers.
I had four parcels to post and clearly stated at the start of the transaction that they were all the same service: First Class 24-Hour Tracked with no signature. As I handed each one over, he repeatedly asked how I wanted it sent, and I repeated myself every time. After paying and leaving, I realised I only had tracking for three of the four parcels.
When I returned to resolve it, I expected difficulty, and sure enough, it was met with defensiveness. After locating the missing parcel, the man tried to blame me, insisting I hadn’t requested tracking. I told him that if there was a miscommunication on my part, I was happy to apologise — but I wasn’t there to argue. I just wanted it fixed.
This experience, like many before, was a complete waste of time and energy. I *highly recommend* the Post Office on Brandon Terrace instead — they’re professional, courteous, and efficient every time.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful, speaking down to customers and very abrupt. Go to another post office instead of this one.

Dreadful experience. I’d give zero stars if possible. As usual rude and unhelpful service. People should NOT have a Post Office function in their shop if they don’t have the temperament to deal with the customers.Yesterday’s treatment of me was the last straw. I’ll never go back.
