You cannot currently renew your driving license over the counter, their tablet is broken! They will give you the form D1 to post though. Staff were awesome though.

Never had problems here before but earlier today just before 11am got started on by a rude member of staff who seemed annoyed because I didn’t use a pen to cross out an old label , which was quite patronising. He obviously didn’t want to be there in the first place.
