Unbelievably unprofessional on multiple occasions that I have visited this place, from giving out his phone numbers and commenting on customers looks, it is quite concerning that a company would have someone like him to represent them completely out of order, the city of Edinburgh post office standards have dropped massively in the last 2 years

They rarely even acknowledge you with a simple hello, and asking a question feels like an inconvenience to them. I’ve experienced this attitude myself on several occasions and have also witnessed other customers, both young and old, being treated in the same unfriendly and dismissive manner. There is very little kindness or basic courtesy — not even a smile. What is particularly frustrating is how they deal with problems. If you have an issue with a parcel, you’re simply told, “We can’t help,” with no explanation, advice or indication of what you should do next or who you can contact. Customer service should involve treating people with basic respect and making some effort to point them in the right direction, even when you cannot personally resolve their problem. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here at all. The attitude towards customers really needs to improve.
