I visited Hassan at the Dundee St Post Office to ship a delicate package to France, and he went beyond normal efforts to help me succeed in my parcel mission.
From the very beginning, he was super patient and accommodating. Shipping artwork can be a bit of a tough time, but Hassan helped me sort out customs paperwork and costs. He spent over an hour helping me across multiple days, and he even built a custom box just to make sure the piece was perfectly secure for the journey overseas, which I really appreciated.
He was incredibly patient, understanding, and lovely about the whole hassle of getting it packed up safely. I highly recommend Hassan and this branch to anyone needing reliable and genuinely caring service! :)

Rude, sanctimonious and pedantic.
Accidentally went the wrong way in their queueing system (in a shop that is less than 6x6m) with one other person in the shop, which I apologised for and went to the back. Only for the sanctimonious man behind the counter to then lecture me about queueing the wrong way, after I had apologized and queued the right way.
I'm a local resident who has lived in the area for 8 years and used this post office many times, I won't be using it again.
Lack of courtesy, politeness or even common decency to recognise a local customer and behave in a normal human manner.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
