You can only collect parcels between 8 and 4 Mon-Fri, because obviously nobody who wants a parcel sent there works, or a Sat morning when it's open. Was in yesterday and asked the lovely Polish manager if I could send a parcel today with it being Sunday. Yes she told me. In the morning and afternoon. Went there today at 10am to be told by a different member of staff that I can only send parcels after 2pm. I don't know why this franchise is still there. Obviously someone is making money for providing an unreliable, shoddy service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Very helpful, very informative, very patient (considering the volume of impatient people and queues), however, the opening times are so inaccurate, you can never guarantee it'll be open, which is such a let down. Online it says open until 22:00, but this is just for certain services via the Morrisons counter, you can't collect items such as Evri Parcels. In store it says open until 16:50 but I've gone in at 16:30 and it's been closed 🤷🏼‍♀️
