The current listing on your website and Google represents the shop's hours (06:00–22:00) rather than the actual sub-postmaster counter hours (which run until 16:00 on weekdays and half-days on Saturdays, and no Sundays).
- RRRebecca RobertsonAug 28, 20261.0Appalling service. Royal mails website clearly states that services run 6am-10pm. There is even a sign on the window that says “if the shop is open, we are open”. I went today at 4:15pm (WELL within post office opening hours), waited in a massive queue to be told “post office is open 9-4. I need to go back tomorrow to collect my parcel between 8am-1pm I was told by the cashier. This is not the first issue like this I’ve had, I once had to return 5 times to collect a parcel due to lack of staff trained to retrieve it. They may as well close the post office down entirely, it’s not fit for purpose. I’ve filed a complaint to Royal Mail

However post staff needs to count once again they Dont use the money scale. Disappointed of the service today . Do not recommend it to anybody. Avoid it.
