- CAChris AllanJul 28, 20261.0Dalkeith Post Office, Scotland. Went to return a parcel, already pre-packed and labelled direct for return shipping and experienced significant push back from the very unhelpful Post Office customer service advisors. Apparently the package was too large to be kept in their area for returns. When I challenged them that this was an approved branch to return this kind of delivery, I was again met with indignance and pushback that the "It won't fit in the DPD guy's box" so he wouldn't pick it up!? Low and behold, the "DPD guy" did pick it up and my item was returned successfully. My advice to these workers is that if you despise working in a public facing role (as it appeared you did) to find another vocation
