Some staff are very kind, and some are just careless. The other day, i was getting some Golden Breadcrumbs, and i asked where they are. They said they dont have any. I managed to find them. Also, they randomly close their post office. Says it closes at 5:30, didnt accept my parcel at 5:32.

Really disappointing service. I left work early to get there for 17:20 before closing time (17:30) and they put handwritten notice that they close at 17:15…. Apparently that’s every Thursday. How someone who works to 17:00 is meant to use this service!!!!

Awful place - avoid.
Only been there a few times, there is often a very miserable person behind the counter. Long queues and very inefficient service.
Website is rarely updated. Been there and they sometimes and they close early, not open on Sundays or Bank Holiday despite the Tesco being open.
Was there last week and there was a hand written note to say they are closing at 5pm. Not helpful when you arrive.

Completely agree with all of the negative reviews as I’ve experienced each and every one of them myself. Open and closed at completely different times not in line with what’s stated on the website. If you are lucky enough to visit when they are open, you have to queue for ages. Very subjective on what parcel sizes they accept because if they are too large (or have run out of space more like). Never an apology from the Post Office staff and it’s usually the Tesco staff who are the most helpful and end up taking the brunt of unhappy customers - literally no point in them operating a post office here, it’s just a waste of people’s time.

Says online and on your front door your open all day 9am till 17.30pm, I get there at 1.20pm to be told it doesn't open till 2pm, so I say thats not right it says different on your front door. Then the excuse of " the system is down so will be 15 minutes". Appalling service will be avoiding, and not even an apology for having to wait.
