As someone who sends multiple items per week, I appreciate that none of my time felt wasted with them having a chat etc with every other person; and they actually stay open until the advertised times!!

- KSKate SinghOct 19, 20231.0I’m sorry to have to rate this Post Office with 1 star but the customer service there is awful. The woman at the desk ignored me when it got to my turn to pay. While I was standing in the queue she decided to serve the woman behind me first by taking her to another check out desk and left me standing there confused with no explanation of why she did that. I was hoping that she would give me an explanation to that matter afterwards but got nothing from her. No apology for the confusion caused/ no explanation to that matter. It was just not a pleasant experience. The Stockbridge Post office is much better than this one.
