Most staff come across as rude, passive-aggressive, and unhelpful, often acting like customers should already know everything. Simple interactions feel unnecessarily frustrating. There is one woman who is consistently polite and helpful, but she’s the exception. Overall, the service is unwelcoming and needs serious improvement. I would personally avoid at all costs.
