I’ve been using this post office for months, and the experience is almost always unpleasant. Most staff come across as rude, passive-aggressive, and unhelpful, often acting like customers should already know everything. Simple interactions feel unnecessarily frustrating.
There is one woman who is consistently polite and helpful, but she’s the exception. Overall, the service is unwelcoming and needs serious improvement. I would personally avoid at all costs.

Turned up 30 minutes before closing and was told they are closing early because they don't have the staff working today, the irony seemed to be lost on the woman behind the till that she actually was in fact working.

Staff are friendly but it does feel understaffed. I guess from other reviews that maybe you just need to treat them like people to get good service, something that seems to be missing from many customers these days.
