Very disappointed with the rude and disrespectful attitude of one female staff member. Unprofessional behavior and poor customer service.
Did not know what he was doing. I don't usually leave reviews but this was useless. The man could not scan my QR code but used the letters below it so that my parcel was marked dispatched. He then told me that he would not print the label and I should go home to do that. I am now having to chat for ages with the company to try to get a new QR code.
I know the majority of the staff on a first name basis and they have always delivered superb service. It's a very handy Post Office that I use on a weekly basis.
Ignore the haters, especially the recent review from Stamatia Sideroudi - She was a threatening individual whom then flipped the script and starting playing the victim when the staff stood up for themselves.

I visited the store to send a parcel, but the treatment I received from the employees Christine and Cheranne was beyond unprofessional; it was insulting and aggressive.
Specifically:
Refusal to Communicate: The employee named Christine repeatedly refused to listen to my instructions regarding the parcel, stating in a dismissive tone: "I know, I don't want to hear it, I do this every day."
Insulting Behavior: When I asked her to simply listen to me, she ordered me to do exactly as she said, otherwise she would not assist me, and then abandoned her post. Furthermore, I witnessed her making negative gestures and faces behind my back to another customer.
Verbal Attack: When I inquired why I was being treated with such hostility, the employee named Cheranne shouted at me telling me "if you don't like our behavior, you should not come back."
Loss of Control: Upon my departure, and after I requested their names to report the incident, both employees literally started screaming at me. This caused me extreme distress and discomfort in front of other customers.
After successfully sending my parcel at another branch—which confirmed that my instructions were indeed correct—I returned to the store to point out the error in their service. The employee, Cheranne, was dismissive and absorbed in her mobile phone. When I pointed out the numerous negative google reviews regarding their behavior, she stated she 'did not care' and threatened to ban me from the branch.
When I expressed my belief that this repeated hostility feels like a form of systemic bias or racism, the employee Christine responded by saying: 'It’s not racism because we have the same skin color.'
I found this comment deeply disturbing and offensive. It directly implies that their level of service and professional behavior is dictated by a customer's race or physical characteristics. This type of rhetoric is dangerous, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable in any professional environment."
"It is important to note that this was not an isolated incident. Every time I visit this branch, the behavior of the staff—including a male colleague who was not present today—is consistently hostile.
Furthermore, there is a complete disregard for the official operating hours. On several occasions, the office has closed much earlier than scheduled, often leaving unprofessional handwritten notes as excuses. In one instance, the shop was closed two hours early, with a note stating they had to leave to 'catch the bus.' This arbitrary closing of the store not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also prevents customers from accessing services they are entitled to."
I made an official complaint and I urge them to review the security camera footage from the aforementioned time, where sb will witness firsthand the aggressive behavior and the shouting of the employe.

Long story short, I will never be using this post office again.
The blonde lady—Savanna, or whatever her name is—was extremely rude, and frankly, I have no idea why she works in customer service. I went in today to collect a parcel. She asked for my name, and I gave it, but she said they didn’t have anything under it. I explained that I had a notification confirming it had arrived and offered to provide the reference number.
When I mentioned “capital FM,” she abruptly cut me off and said I didn’t need to say “capital.” How am I supposed to know that? Do I work in a post office? The rudeness was completely unnecessary.
She then read out the order number, clearly showing that the parcel was in the shop. I asked if it might be under a different name, but as far as I knew, it shouldn’t have been—I only have one name. Another staff member told me I’d need to take it up with the admin office.
I later realised that the parcel was actually addressed under a different name in the email—not sure why, but that’s no one’s fault. I went back to explain this and was met with even more abrupt, unnecessary attitude. They clearly had the parcel but initially denied it. If they had simply explained that it was there but under a different name and couldn’t be released, I would have understood. However, lying is not a good look.
In the end, they were able to give it to me using the address on the parcel and my ID.
Overall, this whole situation was made into a big issue by one staff member. Judging by other reviews, she seems to be a common problem. It honestly gives me some satisfaction knowing I won’t have to deal with her again.
My advice: if you can use another post office, do so
