In particular, one employee who is often seated at the front till and assists with post office services outside standard hours, particularly early mornings, displays consistently unsuitable behaviour. On multiple occasions, he has been dismissive, and made no visible effort to assist, on the contrary his behaviour caused me frustration and confusion. Customer service is a key part of a local post office and shop, and unfortunately my experiences here have fallen well below an acceptable standard.
