On my most recent visit, I requested assistance to seal an envelope for a Next Day Delivery service (approximately £10). The staff member refused to help and told me to “do it at home”, without offering any alternative support. When I approached another colleague, I was met with further dismissive behaviour and a lack of willingness to assist.

I think she's the owner or manager, but the older lady is always giving good customer service whenever I go in here. Always polite. I have always witnessed if you are respectful staff will be very polite and helpful back I have never had any problems only good experiences.
4* because it's a big inconvenience to park its my big gripe with this location. On a lucky day it's easy but it's hit and miss.

The older lady at the customer counter refused to complete a track and signed service, she was rude and shouting at me that I do not understand that this service is stopped. I called royal mail and the customer service reassured me the service that I was asking for is on going and it is not stopped. I went back to the post office and she was still refusing to complete the service, nevertheless she told her colleague that she is not authorising that the other customer assistant complete this service for us, regardless the other lady told her that it can be completed as we wanted to post an imporant document.
Additionally, I have used this service 3 times within the last 2 weeks in this post office, the other customer assistants always helped and completed the service for us.
I am not sure what was the resason that the older customer assistand refused this service today. It is appaling behaviour, caused unneccesary stress.
Nevertheless the service I wanted to use is available I have been reassured by royal mail, so refusing to do it for a costumer is discriminative behaviour. I have formally complaind about this customer service lady at the post office.
Only reply if you have a good reason to refuse existing and on going services from peaceful customers, which you actually completed 3 times before but today somehow you have refused.
