I received a confirmed Amazon notification that my parcel was ready for collection, but my elderly father was wrongly turned away and given incorrect information. When I called to clarify, the staff member was dismissive and argumentative instead of being helpful. The parcel was available the very next day, which only adds to the frustration. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here. There’s a pattern of poor communication, lack of basic supplies, and unnecessary arguments with customers. I’ve also witnessed other customers being given confusing or incorrect information. Overall, the service is rude, disorganised, and stressful to deal with. I would strongly advise avoiding this branch if possible.
