  I'm the manager of sam99 and we visit this post office daily. The staff members specially (Mehul and Suresh) always welcome us with a polite attitude and a helpful mindset. Even during peak hours, they manage the rush with patience and efficiency. Their excellent customer service makes our daily visits a great experience. Keep up the amazing work.

  Excellent customer service and very professional staff and specially Mehul is Very helpful and knowledgeable in this field. I visited to send an important parcel and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The team were polite, patient, and happy to answer my questions.Definitely one of the best post office experiences I’ve had in London.

  This is one of the best post office branches I’ve used. The employees are always welcoming, efficient, and willing to help even during busy times. Really appreciate their professionalism And I know one of the most good person Mehul Patel, he is very Nice person he is always solving my all Problems about my parcel,my Deposite and everything.His Behaviour like Very Good Man.   I had the pleasure of visiting this out of hours Post Office Counter last Sunday evening, circa 21:30, to return some parcels. The gentleman behind the counter (sorry, I cannot remember your name) was most efficient, friendly and helpful - service delivered with a smile, which is a rarity these days. Open 7 days a week, which is so convenient. I will certainly be visiting again! Thanks a million!

  This Wembley PO is now my local and I use it often for all sorts of PO items, Mehul the PO counter manager is always super helpful and is very knowledgeable. When not there his team members are just as helpful. As well as it being a PO it’s a very handy convenience store. Best thing about the Wembly PO is the staff followed by their later opening times, which has proven to very helpful.
