Rude, Patronising and sarcastic! I asked for the cheapest signed for post delivery. Got a sarcastic tone and comment back. She ended up charging me for the most expensive way possible in the end. The postage labels were tossed over to me and she expected me to put them on myself and place it in the parcel bag myself. Not a problem, you just sit on your backside dear and i’ll do your job for you. It’s not strange that there are similar 1 star reviews for this place with similar experiences. I’d rather use the Post office in the village next time. 0 issues there!!

Absolutely abysmal customer service!
If they are not going to profit for the Royal Mail service you request do not expect any help.
Stopped by today to pay in cash to my account.
The response was what is that? I answered £60. Then he says I'll do the notes but not the coins because they aren't in bags. I asked for some bags, he shock his head and said that doesn't look like enough for a bag.
SO unwilling to help! Don't expect any of my custom in the future, I'd rather drive up to the village than walk the convenient 3 minutes from my house to deal with you!
Oh, and I stopped at the post office in the village and had absolutely zero issues... Aren't post offices meant to be used instead of banks these days... And you can pay anything into a bank!

Handy small post office. Large area for most grocery shopping needs. Also many household goods and DIY tools, and a mixture of items for use in the home.
