The older lady behind the counter is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. Ignorant and snappy towards customers and sat on her phone rather than serving.

I came into the store today with loads of change and foreign currency , as I work at Heathrow - I often carry around coins. The two ladies today were incredibly helpful and patient with me today. I didn’t understand the process but they were smiling and positive. Thank you ladies!

In the Mapbit shows the post office is open as most of the people travel from far, and it shows poor managment ofthe staff.

Simran and ranjit were very lovely people helped me massively with shipping my parcels out. Have great patience and a lovely representation of what a post office should be like.
