- OAOmkar ApteFeb 3, 20261.0Very rude staff. I collected a parcel from here and the lady was very dismissive and did not provide good customer service. I brought an umbrella into the store and was told to put it in a bucket at the front of the store. When I looked at the bucket it was a bin with rubbish inside of it. I then replied “you want me to put my umbrella inside a garbage bin?”, to which the staff member said it’s not supposed to be one. He then emptied it out and told me to put the umbrella in it. Staff is super lazy, not polite and I will not be ordering a package here ever again.

It’s a very bad example of customer service and does not reflect what I would expect from a UK Post Office. The Post Office needs to review this branch. The staff displayed a poor attitude, the service was badly organised and their manners and communication skills were unprofessional. This was a very disappointing and shocking experience.
