    I would give it less than one star if I could. They are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. The lady at the desk did not scan my parcel, so it got lost. She also told me that the parcel I had been notified about was there was not actually there. As a result, I lost two parcels while dealing with them. Extremely poor experience. Avoid if you can.

    I went to return Amazon packages in here, this kind of return has an option where the store packages the items which I chose. I went into the store clearly explaining this and they pointed me over to the packaging section. The main member of staff who listened to me doesn't speak English but acted as if he understood so I went to package my items despite the store needing to do it as they were busy at the time. I gave the packages back and the staff member then began labelling the packages. He was then interrupted by another staff member who stated this was incorrect and I had to pay. He had heard the entirety of the initial interaction but thought to stay quiet hoping I would make the mistake and end up paying. I refused since I had clearly stated the details of the return at the beginning. They then tried to go splits with me, again I refused. Throughout this interaction I felt as if I was treated as a criminal. Employing staff members who do not speak English in a customer facing role is a poor idea as I witnessed multiple other issues with customers whilst I was doing their job for them (repackaging). This could've been resolved by good customer service however they tried treating me like a criminal and knowingly wanted me to make the mistake hoping I would cave in and pay. AVOID
