- FHFaaisa hassanMay 8, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Pinner Post Office. The staff’s attitude towards customers is unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s clear from other reviews that many people have had similar complaints about how customers are treated here. My parcel has gone missing, and instead of receiving proper support, I was made to feel even more frustrated and stressed. I also felt I was treated unfairly and in a discriminatory way, which is deeply upsetting. I will not be returning to this branch and will use another Post Office in future, even though I live in Pinner. This branch seriously needs to improve its customer service disgusting service

No care for all of us waiting . Having seen the other reviews you'd have thought management would deal with customer service training
