The amount of disrespect and emotional abuse I have suffered from those two are enough for me to say this is the last time I am going to that post office. The negative reviews on here are the only reason I am now calm amd that speaks volumes.

If I had a time I could write about how rude and uncourteous these guys are and how little they care for their customers. We’ve started avoiding them when possible and taking a longer detour to the next post office in Pinner instead.

They are never willing to help and you leave feeling really angry and disappointed. They need a course in customer service for sure. No smiles, never a thank you, never a please. Just makes you feel like you're constantly being spoken to rudely. Not sure how they are surviving : (

Unfortunately, I am absolutely shocked by the attitude of the two people working there. They are consistently impolite, rude, and never willing to help. Every time I am forced by circumstances to go there, I leave feeling upset and disappointed. To be honest, I genuinely dislike going to this branch because of the way customers are treated. I don’t understand why the company hasn’t taken action regarding this Post Office. I truly don’t see how these individuals are still employed when there are so many people who care about their work and would completely change the image and atmosphere of the Northwood Hills Post Office.
