- HSHamro Sano SansarMar 7, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The off-licence staff in particular were extremely unfriendly. I don’t understand why this location offers Post Office services when the staff do not seem properly trained or capable of providing basic customer service. Management should seriously review staff behaviour and training.
