I wanted a package and I’ve been told I need a number when other post offices allow me to collect it without it. Then when the other lady instructed her to check with my name and ID, suddenly this wasn’t needed. Which one is it. Not happy at all with this at all.

- SGsrijana GhamalApr 14, 20261.0The worst branch of post office. There is always the long queue and the staff are least bothered about it . The service is very poor and slow . There are never 2 staffs in the counter even though there are 10 customers waiting . Always need to wait atleast 30 to 40 mins for your turn . It’s not like this once in a while. It is like this everyday and I don’t know why they are not trying to improve about it .

The self service machines are usually out of service. The service is very poor. Please consider having more staff during busy hours or at least mend the self service faculties!
