The shop assistant (female) cannot speak and understand clear English so this lead to her sending a VERY important parcel via Royal Mail instead of parcel force. When I called the shop to speak with her about the missing parcel she proceeded to say ‘complain to anyone I don’t care’ and hung up the phone. How disgusting and rude. Do not use this post office.
