  Please DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! The woman at the counter was so rude to me, saying what I was doing when I was trying to put my card in and her own machine wasn’t working properly. She also said speak to me now rudely just as the machine accepted my card after so many tries. Customers deserve better, not this stupidity

  The lady at till 2 with a name that starts with a “D” is very arrogant and rude,we got there for parcel collection from Royal and she told us to go to Greenford because they’re the post office not Royal Mail ,surprisingly the parcel was there and the other lady helped us.

  Incredibly unhelpful post office staff. They have signs requesting polite behaviour to their staff but seem comfortable being rude to customers.

  The woman at the counter is quite ignorant. I had a package to be delivered by Royal Mail which I had arranged as a redelivery. The woman just kept talking to me like an idiot stating they are "NOT ROYAL MAIL". She wouldn't let me tell her I had arranged a redelivery to that post office for the previous day. She wouldn't check and kept trying to send me away. I had to stand my ground and force her to listen to the fact the parcel is delivered to that post office. She kept assuming I had missed my delivery and wanted to complain to them. I insisted that I had arranged a redelivery to the post office. She then patronised me asking how and when had I rearranged it. She wasn't prepared to check. She wanted to keep finding an excuse to sende away so she didn't have to bother. Then she finally asked for the tracking number which I provided. When she finallyade the effort to check, she was forced to recognise that my parcel is there and she has to move herself from the counter to find it. I also have a second package there, which I have received two confirmation emails to confirm this. She said it's not on the list and I have to go to speak to Royal Mail. She wouldn't even bother to look in the pile of packages for collection (I know in the past they have arrived but someone doesn't write them on the reference list). She was just determined to try to be unhelpful as she can. Now I cannot access my parcel and have to wait for the ridiculous process to be carried out in order to prove my package is there waiting for collection. She didn't even want to try to be helpful or friendly. Why she is in a customer facing job, I have no idea. Update: I returned to the post office to try a different assistant. The assistant made a better effort to find my collection. My parcel was there all the time and the details were on the sheet the lazy assistant insisted my details and package were not recorded on. By making the effort and not being lazy and rude, the assistant found my parcel.
